BECOMING A PARTNER OR ADVOCATE

Patient and caregiver voices play an important role in improving cancer care, research, and support programs. There are different ways to get involved, including serving as a patient or caregiver partner, where you collaborate with an organization or research team to help shape programs, services, or studies, and serving as a patient or caregiver advocate, where you provide direct support by helping an individual navigate care, ask questions, and access resources. Opportunities may be available through the ACTION Centre as well as other healthcare and community organizations. Below, you can find different organizations who are looking for advocates or partners!
