Alberta Cancer Exercise Program (ACE)

The Alberta Cancer Exercise Program (ACE) is a free, 12-week exercise program designed for people living with and beyond cancer. Led by trained professionals, the program offers twice-weekly, community-based classes that focus on building strength, improving energy, and supporting overall quality of life during and after treatment.

Exercise for Cancer to Enhance Living (EXCEL)

The EXercise for Cancer to Enhance Living Well (EXCEL) program is a free, 8–12 week exercise program designed for people living with and beyond cancer, particularly those in rural or remote communities. Delivered online (and in some cases in person), the program includes guided group exercise sessions and education to help improve strength, energy, and overall well-being during and after treatment.

The Health & Wellness Lab YouTube Channel

The Health and Wellness Lab YouTube channel (University of Calgary) offers a variety of free exercise and movement videos for people living with and beyond cancer, including guided workouts, yoga, and educational content. Videos are available in English, French, and Punjabi, helping improve accessibility while supporting strength, energy, and overall well-being at home.
