KAPS-C Study
We are conducting a survey on attitudes, awareness and use of probiotics in people previously or currently diagnosed with cancer. Our goal is to better understand the role probiotics play in cancer care, so that we can more effectively address the health needs of people with cancer. The findings will provide useful information to create better resources for patients and health care providers and help people make informed decisions about probiotic use in their treatment strategies.
We would love your feedback if:

- You have a current or previous diagnosis of cancer

Have undergone or are currently undergoing anti-cancer therapy (e.g. chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, etc.)

Are 18 years or older

Live in Canada

Are able to read and write in English
The survey is anonymous, but, we are doing a draw for a $50 gift card if you provide your email after completing the survey!
The survey should take between 15-20 minutes to complete.
